State of Emergency Certificate

Under the current State of Emergency Decree that has entered into force on Monday, March 16th, 2020 valid for a period of 30 days:

it is recommendable to obtain a State of Emergency Certificate which is issued by the Ministry of Economy.

This Certificate might be required in relation to: (i) employees, (ii) contractual partners (tenants, landlords, providers of various goods or services etc.) in invoking Force Majeure or Fortuitus Case, and/or (iii) fiscal authorities (e.g., potential future tax exemptions).

It is recommendable to start procedures as early as possible to obtain it, with a date as close as possible to State of Emergency starting date (i.e., March 16th, 2020).
