The list of tariffs for access to the Register of Real Beneficiaries kept by the National Office of the
Trade Register was approved.
The tariffs for the access to the Register of real beneficiaries are paid exclusively online, through the
services portal of the National Office of the Trade Register.
The request for access to the online information provision service from the Register of real
beneficiaries is made on the basis of a document signed with a qualified electronic signature.
The procedure is applied to ensure access to the data registered in the Register of real beneficiaries of
entitled natural and legal persons, respectively it applies to the authorities with competence of
supervision and control, judicial bodies, National Office for Prevention and Combating Money
Laundering.
The order enters into force within 45 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
