Procedure has been approved with aim of establishing the financing conditions by
transmission and system operator or by distribution operator of objectives / pipelines
necessary for connection to natural gas transmission or distribution system.
Procedure is addressed to transmission and system operator, to distribution operator, to public
administration authorities within the administrative-territorial units and to connection
applicants – natural or legal persons, who participate in financing the financing in part or in
full of objectives necessary for connection.
Works of extension or resizing of objective necessary for connection within concession area
are carried out by co-participating in financing the operator and the ATU together depending
on investment efficiency established in accordance with provisions of natural gas investment
calculation model approved by ANRE.
Operators have the obligation to transmit to ANRE 30 days after end of each semester the
monitoring data of natural gas extension works, first reporting is made on July 31, 2022.
