The model agreement for the relocation of utilities was approved, concluded between the
infrastructure administrators and the natural gas transmission and distribution operators,
respectively electricity.
The object of the convention is the release of the site and the achievement of the conditions
of coexistence between utilities, in accordance with the technical execution project elaborated
by the specialized designer. The price that the applicant will pay to the operator for the
release of the site will be established based on the general estimate drawn up by the
specialized designer as a result of the elaboration of the technical execution project.
The Convention enters into force on the date of signature by the last party and will remain in
force until the date of commissioning of the networks, which is the object of works for the
release of the site and the achievement of coexistence conditions, but not more than 6 months
from the contract. of execution regarding the relocation of utilities.
Also, the duration of the convention can be modified with the agreement of the parties, by
additional act.
As a sanction, if the operator does not fulfill its obligations under the agreement, it has the
obligation to pay penalties for delay, in the amount of 0.1% per day of delay from the price of
the agreement, until the effective fulfillment of the related obligations assume.
