Procedure for determining the capacity available in electricity networks for connection of
new electricity generation installations was approved, which will enter into force starting
with March 1, 2022.
Procedure establishes rules for determining capacity available in electric transmission
networks and in electrical distribution networks at voltage level of 110 kV for connection of
production places owned by electricity producers.
Procedure is applied by the transmission and system operator, the concessionary distribution
operators, respectively by the electricity producers in relation to the transmission and system
operator and with the concessionary distribution operators in order to identify electrical
network.
Transmission operator has the obligation to comply with the program for implementing
necessary measures in order to ensure conditions for determining and publishing capacity
available in electricity distribution network and electricity transmission network.
Electricity producers can use data regarding the capacity available in electric transmission
network and in electric network available at voltage level of 110 kV in order to inform before
starting the process of connection to network.
