Procedure regarding connection to electricity networks of public interest of the places of
consumption and production belonging to prosumers was approved.
The procedure applies in relations between distribution operator and prosumers who request
(i) connection of a new place of consumption and production; (ii) connection to an existing
place of consumption of electricity generation installations; (iii) certification of quality of
prosumer for user who owns a place of consumption and production of electricity.
Prosumer sends to distribution operator the request for connection to the place of
consumption and production, accompanied by documents related to this procedure.
Prosumer has obligation to address request for connection before starting the installation of
use installation to be connected to electrical network. If at the place of consumption and
production the prosumer requests connection of a storage installation, he confirms in content
of application the intention to include a storage installation in installation of use.
