General Conditions of the license for aggregation activity

The General Conditions associated with the license for the aggregation activity have been
approved, and will enter into force on January 1 st , 2021.
The object of the license is the provision of balancing services for the National Energy System,
by using the generating units, storage or consumption facilities of the aggregate unit it manages
to obtain income, in exchange for a financial remuneration for their holders.
The validity term of the license is of maximum 10 years starting with the date of the granting
decision, in case it is not decided to withdraw it for various violations. At the same time, the
license cannot be reconfirmed, respectively its validity period cannot be extended, for the
continuation of this activity being necessary to obtain a new license.
The license holder has the obligation to perform aggregation activities to customers only after
concluding an aggregation contract and has the obligation to modify or complete, by additional
documents, the aggregation contracts or their annexes, when the regulatory framework is
modified.
