A new Law is under procedure to being adopted regarding Rent payment during State of Emergency.
After being approved by the Senate on March 30th, 2020, the above new Law has been approved on April 29th, 2020, with substantial amendments, by the Deputies Chamber as well.
This Law shall now be submitted to the President of Romania, which has the right to approve it into law or return it to the Parliament 1 time only.
