
Decision was adopted that regulates the organization, functioning, component, attributions
and working procedure for Monitor Committee of National Recovery and Resilience Plan of
Romania, under the name of “Monitor Committee”.
Monitor Committee is inter-institutional body, with an advisory, information and debate role,
without legal personality, which fulfills some measures for accessing reimbursable and non-
reimbursable external funds within Recovery and Resilience Mechanism.
Monitor Committee is chaired by a President, represented by Minister of European
Investments and Projects, and consists of an odd number of members.
Monitor Committee meets quarterly, during ordinary working meetings, when convened by
the President.
Convening of meetings and transmission of preliminary invitations and agendas to members
shall be carried out by the secretariat of Monitor Committee at least 15 days before date of
meeting.
