
According to a new Emergency Ordinance published at the end of the previous week, the employers with more than 50 employees are required to order the organization of the work program in groups, so that employees start and finish work at a difference of at least one hour.
The employers will order work from home or telework, as the case may be, in the event that the specifics of the activity allow, in compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code and the special legislation in the field.
With regard to telework, the employer has the obligation to provide the means related to information and communication technology and/or secure work equipment necessary for the performance of the work. In this regard, the employer and the employee may agree by written agreement to use the tele-employee’s own, specifying the conditions of use.
