Procedure for connection electric vehicle charging points to public electricity networks has been approved.
For connection to electricity network of public interest of consumption places with recharging point(s) for electric vehicles, provisions and steps mentioned in Regulation on connection of users to electricity networks of public interest are applied.
User submits to distribution operator, directly or through an empowered person, the request for connection of consumption place with charging point(s) for electric vehicles, and the connection solution is established by the solution note.
Distribution operator is obliged to issue ex officio and send to the user the connection certificate for the place of consumption with recharging point(s) for electric vehicles within a maximum of 3 working days from date of submission by the user or his empowered person to distribution operator of acceptance report signed at commissioning of connection installation. Final powering up of the electrical installations related to the place of consumption with recharging point(s) for electric vehicles shall be carried out by the distribution operator within 2 working days from the date of issuing the connection certificate, provided that the user concludes the contract for the transmission, distribution or supply of electricity and it is stipulated in the connection agreement.
