Regulation on connection to natural gas transmission system was approved.
Purpose of regulation is to ensure a uniform, transparent and non-discriminatory framework
regarding development of process of connection to natural gas transmission system.
In order to initiate connection process to transmission system, applicants send to operator a
connection request, respectively specify the way of modifying connection installation.
Within 5 working days from receipt of connection request, operator verifies its content and
accompanying documents. In case of completing documents, operator sends a notification to
applicant indicating missing data and documents that need to be redone or completed.
Applicant may withdraw his connection request at any time until issuance of technical
connection authorization, based on a written request, without analysis fee being refunded.
Technical approvals for connection to National Natural Gas Transmission System, issued
before entry into force of Regulation, remain valid, without being able to be extended.
