The Order approving the instructions for the unitary granting of the risk incentive regarding
the support measures settled from European funds, as a result of the spread of the
coronavirus, during the state of emergency, was approved.
The risk incentive is granted for employees isolated in the workplace during the state of
emergency in residential care and assistance centers for the elderly, residential centers for
children and adults, with and without disabilities, and for employees of residential centers for
other categories vulnerable. If the period of preventive isolation is less than 14 days, then the
risk incentive is granted in proportion to the number of days performed during the
emergency.
At the same time, according to the above provisions, the spouse, one of the children or the
parents of the person employed in the residential centers who died at work during the state of
emergency benefits from the risk incentive.
Benefit from the risk incentive and the personnel who, after performing the period of
preventive isolation at work, no longer have labor or service relations with the social service
provider.
The personnel entitled to receive the risk incentive is the one established by the decision of
the head of the social services provider, issued during the state of emergency.
