The Procedure to obtain State of Emergency Certificate issued by Ministry of Economy for SMEs has been published, and in 5 days the platform on which the Requests should be loaded will become operational.
1. the Certificates shall be issued only during State of Emergency;
2. there are 2 types:
a. Type 1 – BLUE Certificate – for companies which were forced by public authorities to totally or partially suspend their activity;
b. Type 2 – YELLOW Certificate – for companies which have a minimum 25% collections reduction during March compared to the average of January + February 2020. The percentage taken into consideration previously by the authorities has been 40%, but reduced to 25% in the final form of the Procedure; also the documents to be submitted have been changed.
