The procedure for canceling the accessory payment obligations was approved, the procedure
applied by the county employment agencies, as well as by the Bucharest municipality and the
regional centers for adult vocational training subordinated to the National Agency for
Employment.
The purpose of the fiscal facilities is to postpone the accessory payment obligations that
remained untouched on the date of issuing the calculation sheet / decision, until the date of
solving the request for cancellation of the accessories or until March 31, 2021 inclusive, or to
cancel the accessory payment obligations .
The category of accessory payment obligations includes interest / delay increases, delay
penalties, respectively any other accessory payment obligations.
At the same time, the accessory payment obligations are related to the main budgetary
obligations outstanding as of March 31, 2020 inclusive, to the budgetary obligations with
payment terms until March 31, 2020 inclusive and extinguished until this date, respectively to
the budgetary obligations in tax decisions issued as a result of an ongoing control on May 14,
2020.
Debtors who express their intention to benefit from the cancellation of accessory payment
obligations must send a notification, submitted to the AJOFM registry service or by
registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, and within 5 working days from the date of
registration issue and communicate the debtor’s decision regarding the accessory payment
obligations and the updated calculation sheet.
The calculation sheet is issued based on the existing data in the record of budget receivables.
