The order to amend Annex no. 1 to the Order of the President of the National Agency for Fiscal
Administration on establishing the list of reporting jurisdictions, with which Romania will
cooperate based on the Multilateral Agreement of the competent authorities for automatic
exchange of information on financial accounts, the list of non-reporting financial institutions and
the list of excluded accounts of international law to which Romania has committed itself from
the perspective of the automatic exchange of financial information.
The changes occurred in the context of establishing the financial institutions that have the
obligation to declare, the categories of information regarding the identification of taxpayers,
respectively the financial information regarding the accounts opened and / or closed by them to
financial institutions and non-reporting ones in Romania.
