The Order for amending and supplementing some orders of the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority was adopted, in the field of promoting electricity from renewable energy sources.
The Regulation for amending, suspending, interrupting and withdrawing the accreditation of power plants for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, as well as establishing the rights and obligations of accredited electricity producers, is subject to certain amendments and improvements, as the withdrawal of the license for the commercial exploitation of electricity production capacities, held by the accredited economic operator, if the law does not impose the obligation to carry out its activity on the basis of a license.
Also, between the prosumer and the electricity supplier a contract is concluded, for the sale-purchase of electricity from accredited power plants with installed power of up to 100 kw per place of consumption, in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the President of ANRE for approving the rules electricity trading, with subsequent amendments and completions.
