The National Agency for Housing coordinates, monitors or develops projects for the viability
of lands intended for housing constructions, through its own programs or through
governmental programs.
When extending the lease contracts and during the validity period of the lease, if a home
exchange is requested, or the change of the dwelling assigned to a tenant with another vacant
dwelling of the same category, the housing administrators have the obligation to verify to the
persons in maintenance, respectively the housing situation regarding the acquisition of a
house in property.
At the same time, at the date of the extension of the lease contracts, the holder of the lease
contract, his / her spouse and / or other persons in his / her maintenance have the obligation to
prove that they the administrative-territorial unit or the unit in which it carries out its activity.
The National Agency for Housing ensures the inclusion of investment objectives, with the
distinct detailing of housing intended for rent exclusively to young specialists in health or
education, in the public investment program, in compliance with the provisions in force.
