The Applicant’s Guide elaborated based on the Government Decision no. 807/2014 for the
establishment of state aid schemes having as objective the stimulation of investments with
major impact in the economy.
The order is addressed to the General Directorate of State Aid, which will carry out the
aspects inserted in the content of the Guide.
Considering the provisions of the Government Decision no. 760/2021 regarding the
amendment of the Government Decision no. 807/2014 for the establishment of state aid
schemes aimed at stimulating investments with major impact on the economy and the Guide
for the payment of state aid granted based on Government Decision no. 807/2014, the Order
of the Minister of Public Finance no. 2,659 / 2020 has been repealed.
The guide is a direction for the state aid applicants under the state aid scheme for stimulating
investments that promote regional development by making investments.
