Methodology regarding prevention and combating of harassment on the basis of sex, as well as moral harassment at the workplace, was approved.
Purpose of present methodology is to ensure equal opportunities and treatment between women and men in the field of work, as well as the specific recognition of the right of every citizen to a work environment without violence and harassment. Central and local public administration, institutions and authorities, civil and military, as well as private companies have the obligation to implement this methodology.
Institution / Employer will apply a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment and moral harassment at work, will treat all incidents seriously and promptly and will investigate all allegations of harassment.
Cases of harassment on the grounds of sex and bullying at work can include several distinct situations depending on their evolution. Presumed victim has the possibility to file a report/submission in any of these situations. Also, the report / submission to the responsible person / the committee for the reception and resolution of cases may be made in written form, holographically or electronically, and must be signed by the presumed victim.
