On September 21st, 2020, the President of the National Energy Regulatory Authority adopted the Order for the approval of framework contracts for connection to electricity networks of public interest for place of consumption / place of production / place of production and consumption, if the network operator concludes the contract for the design and / or execution of the works for the realization of the connection installation.
The order enters into force on January 1st, 2021.
