Recently the Order regarding the competence to exercise the personal fiscal situation and its preliminary activities was adopted.
The preliminary activities of verifying the personal fiscal situation is exercised by the General Directorate of Natural Persons Income Control, on the entire territory of the country. The verification of personal fiscal situation is exercised by the General Directorate of Natural Persons Income Control and by the fiscal verification services within the regional general directorates of finance.
The entry into force of the above Order repeals the President ANAF’s Order no. 3695/2015, regarding the competence to exercise the personal fiscal situation and its preliminary activities.
The actions to verify the personal tax situation included in the activity program of the General Directorate of Natural Persons Income Control – the department of natural persons with fiscal risk is concluded by the tax revenue services within the regional general directorates of public finances, which have taken over the activity and the staff.
