The Payment Guide for the establishment of state aid schemes was approved, with the
objective of stimulating investments with a major impact on the economy.
In order to pay the state aid, the beneficiary enterprise must start the investment within
maximum 6 months from the date of issuing the financing agreement, to make the eligible
expenses related to the initial investment, according to the financing agreement, respectively
to send to the Ministry of Finance the payment request. state aid and the statement form.
The maximum term for paying the state aid can be paid until 2028, to the enterprises that
have received agreement for financing, after the partial or total realization of the eligible
expenses realized according to the agreement for financing, within the approved annual
budgetary credits.
The payment of state aid is made by the Ministry of Finance after analyzing, at the ministry’s
headquarters, the conformity of the supporting documents attached to the payment request
and the eligibility of the assets for which the state aid payment is requested, respectively after
on-site verification of assets and declarations related to the expenses incurred by the
enterprise.
The payment request can be submitted in letter format, by mail or courier services, or
electronically by online submission.
