State of Emergency – Fiscal implications

The State of Emergency Presidential Decree has entered into force on March 16^th, 2020 and it is valid for a period of 30 days.

1. the deadline to submit the fiscal statements is extended from March 25^th to April 25^th;

2. any forced execution procedures (save for criminal decisions) are suspended;

3. VAT reimbursement shall be made during March for any requests that have been solved;

4. implementing a rapid VAT reimbursement starting April 1^st, 2020;

5. suspending any fiscal controls, save for the ones that may be performed long distance or fiscal evasion.

Such measures are valid during State of Emergency and 30 days thereafter.
