The Government Decision approving the procedure for settlement and payment of the allowance for the reduction of working time and technical unemployment was published.
The measures shall apply until 31 December 2020.
The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
a) a declaration on one’s own responsibility from which the fulfillment of the conditions provided by law will result;
b) the list of persons for whom the settlement is requested, signed by the employer’s legal representative
The application is submitted in electronic format or in letter format to the county employment agencies, respectively to the Bucharest municipality agency, within whose area the employers have their registered office.
The settlement shall be made within a maximum of 10 days from the date of submission of the application.
