In the context of the epidemiological situation that requires the continued improvement of the
measures for guaranteeing public health, respectively of the economic situation, certain deadlines
in the field of Trade Registry are extended for another period of 9 months.
Thus, according to the new provisions, the statement on own responsibility given by the
administrator of the company is no longer required if such company does not carry out at the
registered office or at the secondary offices the activities declared for a maximum period of 3
years, but it is considered included in the statement on own responsibility (standard declaration)
which stipulates that the company does not carry out activities at the registered office together
with the submission of the registration application and the proving documents.
If the company operates outside the registered office and secondary offices, the statement given
by the administrator of the company is deemed included in the statement on the operating
conditions provided by the sanitary, sanitary-veterinary, environmental protection and labor
protection, for the activities specified in statement-type.
