Under a new law that came into force recently, the lease agreements can become enforceable title. This allows the landlord to proceed with the forced execution in order to pay the rent or release the rented space directly, without the need for a court decision. Normally, the obligation to pay the rent or release the space by the tenant through obtaining a court decision can take between 12 and 18 months.
