Considering the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 212/2020 regarding the
establishment of some measures at the level of the central public administration and of
modification / completion of some normative acts, in corroboration with the Approval Report of
the General Directorate of public administration no. 531/2021, the Order for the approval of the
orientative model of the statute of the administrative-territorial unit was adopted, respectively the
orientative model of the regulation of organization and functioning of the local council.
