The Order for approval of minimis aid schemes for the actions in the Export Promotion Program was adopted. Funded from the State budget and administrated by the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment (MEEMA), the Export Promotion Program provides for the participation of economic operators at international fairs and exhibitions, organizing economic missions abroad and conducting market and product studies.
The above provided aid schemes do not cover aid for the establishment and operation of a distribution network in other Member States or in other third party countries, in accordance to Regulation (EU) no. 1,407/2013 of the Comission from December 18, 2013.
MEEMA, as the minimis aid provider, will send a notification to all beneficiaries by which they are informed regarding the minimis aid they will receive, following to conclude a bilateral administrative act with each beneficiary.
