The Order for the approval of the Regulation regarding the connection to the natural gas transmission system was published.
The application of the new regulation contributes to ensuring a uniform, transparent and non-discriminatory framework regarding the process of connection to the natural gas transmission system.
The requests for connection submitted to the Transmission System Operator before the entry into force of the Regulation and for which the technical agreement for connection to the National Gas Transmission System has not been issued shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of the approved Regulation.
Also, the connection fees collected based on the connection requests formulated after July 30th, 2020, will be returned to the applicants within a maximum of 30 days from the entry into force of the new regulation.
The technical agreements for connection to the National Gas Transmission System, issued before the entry into force of the new regulation, shall remain valid without being able to be extended.
